Our Policy
All sales are final. However we stand behind what we sell and will always work with you if something goes wrong on our end.
✅ We WILL accept a return if:
- Your item arrives damaged or broken due to shipping
- The item you received is significantly not as described in the listing
- You received the wrong item entirely
❌ We do NOT accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Minor condition differences within the graded range (see our Condition Guide)
- Items lost in transit when shipped via Economy (PWE) — no tracking means no recourse
- Damage caused after delivery
How to Request a Return
If you believe you qualify for a return, here's what to do:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@razmatazcards.com
- Include your order details and clear photos of the item and any damage
- We'll review and respond within 1 business day
- If approved, we'll provide return instructions
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, significantly not as described), we will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is due to damage in transit, we'll work with you case by case to find a fair resolution.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued via PayPal within 3 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
