Import CSV — Razmataz

1 — Choose Files

Select one file or hold Ctrl (Windows) / Cmd (Mac) to pick multiple at once. All files run through the same settings below.

Recognized columns: title sku qty sold_qty price category set_name team status ebay_qty is_sealed location image_url notes — plus many aliases.

2 — Import Mode

Update / Add

Match by SKU — update existing rows, insert any SKUs not found. Safe for re-imports.

New Only

Only insert brand-new SKUs. Skip and warn on any that already exist.

3 — What to Update (Update/Add mode only)

Full Update

Overwrite all fields. Price keeps existing value if not in CSV.

Price Only

Only update the price column. Everything else stays untouched.

Qty Only

Only update qty and sold_qty. Good after a recount.

Images Only

Only update front and back image URLs. Everything else — qty, price, condition — stays untouched. Safe for zip re-imports.

Team Only

Only update the team field. Everything else stays untouched. Perfect for fixing blank teams on sports cards.

Color Only (match by name + set)

Matches records by card name and set name — no SKU needed. Only updates the color field. Use this for CDP exports that have color but no store SKU.

4 — Options

Allow blank-SKU rows to be inserted

By default rows with no SKU are skipped. Check this to insert them anyway.
